I'm visiting my DD and family, and want to leave them a bunch of precooked meals in the freezer.

Lasagna
Soups (looking for more soup ideas)
Stews or casseroles that freeze well
Maybe cut ingredients to freeze, then throw in a crock pot in the morning, and come home with supper ready?

TIA!

Breaded schnitzel
Chicken cutlets in a marinade for easy grilling
Meatballs
Burgers
I also find it helpful to have cleaned pieces of chicken for an easy prep dinner or Shabbos. I can then just throw on some spices or duck sauce and it's done.

Meatballs
Meat sauce
Shredded beef (for sandwiches)
Egg noodles (like bow ties, orzo)
Knish kugel aka doughless potato knishes
Farfel
A hearty one bowl soup with meatballs in it or chunks of meat or dark meat chicken

I'd leave raw seasoned and breaded chicken cutlets stacked with pieces of parchment paper between each one, with instructions to bake at 400 for 20 min once thawed.

Same for burgers, stacked and frozen with instructions to bake at 425 for 20 minutes once thawed.

Ziploc bags of measured out rice with measured seasoning and instructions for how much water to add and how long to bake in the oven. White, wild, brown...

Baked ziti.

Cooked rice! I freeze it all the time in small bags after making 6-7 cups at a time, with a bit of oil added prior to cooking. . I use white basmati. I am someone who is very particular about “freezer taste”; I promise you it actually works with no compromise on taste!
