Just curious, why can't you check on your own? I mean, I check my kids for lice with a fine toothed comb and by eye sight. Sometimes I use the comb on dh and myself as well, just to be sure. Occasionally I get a louse or two from the kids onto my own head - they are not just visible on the comb but also quite feelable, it's a very distinct itch . Scratching Head
