If you have a tried and true recipe for a kugellete ,either sweet or savory of any type can you please post your recipe? I like the look of individual mini kugels on a plate. TIA

Potato kugel, onion kugel, zucchini kugel, mushroom kugel, vegetable muffins.

What is mushroom Kugel? Is that more like a quiche?

Broccoli
1 lb frozen broccoli florets- cooked and mashed
1 sm onion sauteed
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c breaddcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
I frozen cube garlic
1 tsp baking powder
Mix everything together. Put into oil sprayed muffin pans. Bake on 350 for 25-30 min. I made these this week. It's delicious! And simple enough for me

Lol. I must laugh! I just realized this is the same recipe as I forgot who posted above from overtime cook. I told you it's delicious!

what on earth is a kugelette? If it's not a small baby carriage or subcompact car, which is what it sounds like, but merely a pretentious word for a mini-kugel baked in a muffin tin, why would the recipe be any different from a regular kugel recipe, except for a shorter baking time?

Yerushalmi kugel works great in kuglettes, as do apple muffins.
