Does anyone happen to know where to buy kosher ready made seitan? I'm in the Passaic/Clifton area. Tyia for any information!

I'm relatively near both Traders Joe's & Whole Foods, thank you both for the replies!

Handling Sietan sounds to me like it's fairly similar to how one might treat tofu, or even chicken breast somewhat, but if anyone has any simple, tried & true ideas for Seitan, feel free to share.

I'm personally interested in trying out non-fried, very simple, fairly wholesome ideas, perhaps marinating & baking, or browning & adding to rice/quinoa/vegetables.
