Random long hairs- cause for concern?

DD is 12. No period yet and she is overweight.
Twice in the past few weeks she basically sprouted a long hair overnight, one on her chest somewhere (don't know where exactly but she told me about it) and one on her cheek.
Should I be cocnerned? does this warrant a dr. visit?
