I always put up my cholent on Friday morning. Turned my pro chef crockpot to high. Let it cook for six hours and then turned to low for Shabbos. Now someone told me that I am overcooking my cholent and if I put it up on Friday morning I should just put it on low. What do you all think? What do you do?
