I have so much trouble with my 7 year old's glasses. He has a tiny bridge so plastic frames don't work well for him because they have nowhere to sit on his face. Nosepads should be great in theory, but they are constantly getting flattened or crooked, necessitating constant trips to the optician to fix them. I have been unable to find any better solution and I have visited numerous opticians for help to no avail.
Has anybody had this with their child and found a good solution?

They do make plastic frames that are like rubber. Always bounces back. Won't break if flung off his face.

My daughter is 6 and has a tiny tiny face (including a tiny button nose) and just got glasses. We were told that it's less to do with the nosepiece than getting the correct length on the arms. If they are short enough, the earpiece will hold the glasses in the correct place. We ended up getting correctly sized child Ray-Ban frames and they are very good.
