I am in the process of buying a home and I am taking the mortgage as an 'Owner Occupied' loan. I DO intend to live there but I would like to rent it out until I'm ready to move in.
Does anybody have any experience with this? Is this considered fraud?

Then it's not your primary residence. Your primary residence is where you actually live
