Need help with ram’s head and tongue

Ram’s Head -how do you prepare it

Tongue- how long to boil it for, 3.79 lbs.

Lamb's head - wash, pay dry, rub with olive oil, fresh minced garlic andcourse salt. Roast uncovered until the little pieces of meat are fork tender.

Boil tongue on a low boil for at least 2 but probably closer to 3 hours for that size. Peel while still warm.

Boil tongue for about three hours. If it's a pickled tongue you need to first put the tongue in a pot of water, bring to a boil, discard that water , refill pot and boil for three hours or a bit more.

I'm assuming you mean a lambs head. I've done it in the oven . Just follow any recipe that uses lamb for the seasoning and then bake inthe oven covered for a few hours. There is very little meat on the lambs head
