Vacuum packed chicken roast

Hi

I bought a chicken roll roast stuffed with beef that's vacuum packed in a marinade.

The instructions on the label show how long to bake but doesn't indicate if I remove the vacuum bag or bake with the bag.

Could anyone help?

Make sure the roast is being held together by butcher's twine/that you can see netting. If so, remove the roast from the vacuum packed bag and leave the twine intact while you bake the roast so that it doesn't fall apart.

Would it get dried out without a sauce or I shouldn't worry about it?

It sounds like it's marinated and doesn't need more.

You can always try it sous vide. Put water in the crock pot, add the roast IN THE BAG, and cook on high for a few hours. When you think it's done, check the center with a meat thermometer. It should be moist and juicy, with none of the flavor lost.

Cover the pan while baking so that it doesn't dry out since there is no skin to keep it moist

Sous vide is the next thing I plan to get! Still researching a good one.
