Barnali's kitchen had a website that is no longer working.
I loved their Shakshuka recipe, and kept the link for it, but the link doesnt work any more.

Can anyone make out all the ingredients/spices that this woman in the Youtube clip is saying she's using, one by one?
I see what shes putting in, but her pronunciation is unclear and theres no list of ingredients in the comments like there are sometimes.

Egg 3
Fresh tomato puree or store bought 2 cups
Chopped onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Cumin seeds 1/2 tspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 tspoon
Sugar 1/2 tspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 tspoon
Red chilli powder 1 tspoon
Garam masala powder 1/2 tspoon
Fennel seed 1/2 tspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
In a pan add 3 spoon of cooking oil.When the oil look hot then add the garlic, cumin seeds and turmeric powder.Give it a stir and add fennel seeds and onion into the oil.Add little amount of salt into the onion and mix them well.Now let them cook for 1 minute.Then add the fresh tomato puree into the onion mixture and then add the left over salt, coriander powder,chilli powder and garam masala and stir it well.Now cover it and let it cook 10-15 minutes over medium heat.Then add the sugar and again mix it well.Then add the eggs one bye one and cover it again and let it cook another 2-3 minutes.After that sprinkle coriander leaves at the top and they are done.Its a very easy simple and quick recipe.Try this recipe at your home and I am sure you will love it. I havent made it in a long time, but I remember it was very good.
I couldnt understand her pronunciation of many of the spices.
