We're thinking of moving to Cleveland and my husband would like to learn in the kollel for a few years. The question is, are there job opportunities for after those few years? what do people do?

Cleveland does not have a great job market for people without professional degrees or skills. If you're in the health field, it's a very good job market. Nurses, PAs, most therapists, doctors, any kind of health technician (ultrasound, radiology, phlebotomy), maybe even pharmacists can do well there.
