A very balanced diet that includes all food groups. Amounts of each thing are based on weight.

At least she is a fully trained registered dietitian, not someone who took a short online course and hangs out a shingle.
Her diet is evidence based with out pro-ana tips.

Not really beaus when I was on WW as a teenager I would spend all my points on junky food and not eat a balance diet.

I believe WW does not work like that anymore.

You’re right, I also couldn’t stand the weighing, measuring, points system. But someone told me recently it’s completely changed now, all fruits , veggies and proteins are points free. Since they keep changing their system, it makes you wonder just how successful or sustainable their program really is, no?

Just wanted to point out she’s a nutritionist, not a registered dietitian.

She basically gives you a meal plan that is formed with your input. Didn't work for me I hate diets. Good luck though!
