Tomato dip
• 2 large tomatoes
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• crushed red pepper

put it all in food processor and liquefy


Dill dip
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp. dill
• 1 Tbs. pickle juice
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp. salt

put it all in food processor and liquefy!

Tomato:
2 Large Soft Tomatoes
½ Cup Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
Dash Black Pepper
1/3 tsp Salt
½ tsp Oregano
2-4 Hot Peppers
Blend All

Eggplant:
1 Small Eggplant - Prick with Knife, Put in 350 oven for 2 hrs. When done peel and add
1 Egg
1 Cup Oil
2 Clove garlic
1 tsp Salt
Blend All

Marinated Eggplant Salad:
1 Eggplant Washed and Cubes
Preheat oven to 400*
Place eggplant on lined and greased baking sheet. Coat with spray oil and drizzle some regular oil too.
Roast for 45-50 min or until soft
¼ Red Pepper Minced
2-3 Cloves Garlic
¼ Cup Vinegar
¼ Cup Water
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Dash of Pepper
2-3 Bay Leaves (optional)
Combine all marinade ingredients
Add roasted eggplant
Let marinate for few hrs before eating

Dill:
3 Dill Cubes
3 Garlic Cubes
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
1 Cup Mayo
Blend All

Jalapeno:
2 Jalapeno Peppers
3 Garlic Cubes
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
1 Cup Mayo
Blend All

Pickle:
3 Dill Cubes
3 Garlic Cubes
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
1 Cup Mayo
Blend All and add
1 Can Israeli Pickles - Pulse machine till chopped, not mush.

Olive:
Jar Olives
Crushed Red Pepper flakes
Garlic Cube
Olive oil
Blend to chop

Olive (Pupa Cookbook)
19oz can slice green olives
5 Cloves garlic (Sliced)
½ Cup Olive Oil
¾ Cup Mayo
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Red Paprika
½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
½ tsp Salt
Mix to combine

Olive Dip

Pitted olives with pimentos from the jar about half of a 10 oz jar
Light mayonaisse about 1/2 cup
Squirt lemon juice
Squirt sriracha sauce
Drop water

I don't have exact amounts because I make it up as I go. But I put approximate amounts for you to start and you could adjust accordingly

Put all ingredients in a 16 oz disposable plastic container that comes with a cover . Using an immersion blender /hand blender , blend until the olives are nicely blended but still could see the olive pieces.

Cover and refrigerate .


Jalapeño Dill Dip

Two Jalapeño peppers (fresh not jarred)
Two frozen crushed garlic
Six frozen crushed dill
1/2 cup light mayo
Dash of salt
Squirt of lemon juice
A drop of water (if after blending it's too thick add water and reblend. Don't add too much water at a time because you want it creamy not Liquidy)
Put all ingredients into 16 oz disposable container that comes with cover , blend all ingredients with hand blender until Dip is nice and creamy with a minty green color.

Cover and refrigerate.

Just made this white bean dip and it was really tasty and pretty healthy!

I followed reviewers' advice and added dried oregano and basil and another clove of garlic since we love garlic. I also blended till smooth and added the parsley at the end in pulses so it didn't turn green. It was even better the next day.

Scallion dip

1 bunch of scallions
1 cup of mayo (adjust to taste)
1 tsp lemon juice

Blend together
