Anyone have a recipe for a grated carrot salad with orange juice? Its supposed to be tangy-sweet?

My grandmother used to make this! It was orange juice, sugar and lemon juice but dont think she had measurements just kind of poured whatever she felt like

This is what I'm looking for my MIL makes it but she doesn't have measurments either. I tried something I found online but it didn't come out right. I think because I used baught grated carrots instead of grating them myself.
