I have a warming drawer under my marble countertop. There is a drawer between the counter and warming drawer - and they both get 'extremely' hot when the warming drawer is on. Is this safe???

1) Read the manual that came with the warming drawer. If you don't have it, look up the model # online and download a manual. You may find your answer there.
2) Take an oven thermometer and stick it in the drawer above to see how hot it's really getting. I don't believe that most warming drawers are insulated, so sure, surrounding areas could get hot. Warming drawers sold in the USA have UL approval, so at least your cabinets won't burn up — it should be safe.
