Call them. We went to a water park on Chanukah. We called and got information where to light the menorah. I'm sure the staff is aware of a succah. There is also Chabad on the Poconos. They have a succah as well.

My sister went to Camelback last chol hamoed and left within the hour. She was appalled by what was going on there. Frum chassidish women in bathing suits at the waterpark. Absolutely disgusting. And people bring their grown boys and bachurim there.
They had paid for 2 nights but they left after seeing what goes on there.
