Sorry no new recommendation..
I use revlon a few years already, doesn't dry my lips and stays on beautifully. Had people asing me what company and color... I do do a double layer cuz I mix 2 colors.
But, not everything lasts on everyone the same, reg makeup as well.

I have oily skin and this is what works best for me:
Elf matte blotting spray on my bare skin. Let it dry.
Estee lauder double wear foundation
Tarte shape tape concealer under my eyes.
Mac paint pot on my eye lids for eyeshadow primer
Cream blush - honest beauty with any powder blush on top
Cream bronzer with a powder bronzer on top. (I have physician formula)
Powder everywhere else to set under eyes/face neck.

For lipstick I use Maybelline 24 hr (its an opaque square shaped tube) make sure your lips were hydrated throughout the day but totally clean and dry when you apply.
