When I had to eat and drink shiurim on Yom Kippur, I drank schnaps cups of 0 calorie Gatorade.
For my food, before Yom Kippur, I baked homemade granola bars using a healthy recipe I found online and then weighed them on a food scale and made little shiurim-sized portions wrapped in plastic wrap.
