Mushroom quiche sounds great with onion soup, to me, anyway. If your family enjoys broccoli or spinach quiche it would give it a different look, if that's your concern. Or maybe a simple roasted veggie side?

Green beans will go very nicely taste and color wise. If you feel you need another starch side dish, baby red potatoes.

Is there a specific recipe for breaded cauliflower? Frozen or fresh?

Really simple.
Take a package of frozen cauliflower and let it defrost a bit.
Dip in eggs then cornflake crumbs (season with salt and pepper before).
Lay on baking sheet and spray generously with oil. bake 350 for 10-15 minutes turn them over spray again and bake another 10-15 minutes or until they are crispy
