I am in Jerusalem for Yom Tov and ISO freshly juiced beet and celery juice. Is there any juice bars in Jerusalem that make these . Most I went to only have fruit options. (looking for a juice bar like organic circle in Brooklyn or health emporium in bp)

Sure, a bunch do. There's a couple near the top of the midrachov that have vegetable juices, and definitely in Hadar mall there's a place. I think the ones near the shuk are more fruit-oriented, if that's where you went, though there's one in the Yaffo side, around the corner from the Bucharian bakery, that I think does vegetable juice as well though I could be mistaken. Oh, and try ReBar, a smoothie chain you can find all over the country. There's tons in Jerusalem. They have veggies juices (they actually have one with celery, beet, and apple combined, though you can perhaps get each flavor individually.)
