I just gave birth and I know within 3 days means no fasting. But does that mean regular eating or any restrictions?

Till 3 days after birth is still considered chola mesukin, regular eating & drinking.
But ask for yourself.
My sis was in eishis chayil, Monroe over yom kipper & they served regular meals for the ladies that didn't fast.

Ask your rabbi.

My baby was more than 3 days old, but not old enough for a bris. I got calls from 2 rabbis who were concerned about me.

One said to eat regular.
One said to eat/drink shuirim. Drink from a shot glass and eat a snacker with protein.

I started with shuirim and was planning to eat regularly if I felt unwell.
