When davening at home, you can't say selichos by night, omit leining and chazaras hashatz? I feel like there isn't that much left. What parts additional can be said from chazaras hashatz?

You could say all the piyutim from chazaras hashatz. You could say selichos also just not the י״ג עקרים.

Also would really like to know what to daven at home. I'm pregnant with my first, so have time to daven at home. but will really miss the davening in shul. Would love some kind of guide as to what of chazaras hashatz to say.

I'm also home because pregnant.
We asked our Rav and he said everything except yud gimmel middos and anything in aramaic is fine. Totally can say the avodah and whatever piyutim I want. (Was also told to sit/lie down as much as possible, even while davening)

I read now that you can't say the al cheits by chazara hashatz. I always used to say all ten even at home. Now I'm wondering what else I've done wrong.

I assumed that its just 1 viduy per tefillah if you're not in shul.
