Hi, I have a black dress for my 2 girls- ages 3 and 4. I am looking for something to dress it up a little and add some color. I was thinking a necklace or a light vest to go on top but I have not found anything like that. I'm not sure if such little kids and wear a necklace so I am leaning towards he vest but I haven't found anything nice. Anyone have any links to something they think might work? Thanks!
