From the Balabustas Choice Cookbook
1 large onion sliced
4 cloves garlic crushed (I use frozen)
1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 brown sugar
1/2 Cup water
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until golden. Add ketchup, brown sugar, and water. Boil 10-15 min. Add soy sauce and sesame seeds. Bring to a boil and turn off heat. Serve over breaded cutlets.
