I have seasons passes for 6 flags. I'm reading the NCSY chol hamoed website and it seems like you have to pay an additional 15 on top of the seasons pass, is this correct?

Yes. Six flags isn’t open to the public on Thursday. Ncsy has it rented out and therefore season passes aren’t allowed. But they’re offering to give it for $15 with your pass.

I got a season passes today. But I see online there was a much better deal then I got in the park. Is there anything to do about it. Online it’s 69.99 for a gold pass.

How did you spend more than that today? It cost $45 to upgrade to a gold season pass

$40 + 45 = 85
Unless I’m figuring this out incorrectly.

You had two separate charges yesterday - entrance to the park when it was rented by ncsy, and upgrade to season pass. Buying a season pass online wouldn't have gotten you entrance to the park yesterday. You still would have had to pay $15. That would have been 70+15=85, same number.
