It seems to be a very popular thing here in Israel, a water filter machine that sits on the counter.
Has anyone heard of a company called River? We're wondering how reliable they will be in the future in terms of filter replacements and help if something goes wrong.

Any suggestions of other machines? It needs to be usable on Shabbos too.

Be careful, some of the imitators of Tami 4 don't have a reliable locking mechanism for the boiling water and I have seen kids get burnt as a result.
