One daughter is in israel for the year. Another is in shidduchim. My son is away at yeshiva. Another child is having medical issues. I can't seem to stop worrying. I think I slept better when I had a houseful under the age of 7. 🤔

I wake up to feed my baby
I wake up each time the screeching owl makes noise, each time the fox does a mating call and when a coyote is out and about.
I wake up from my two teenagers snoring like a train engine
I wake up each time someone goes to use the bathroom
I wake up to turn the oven or stove off. Then later to put the food away in the fridge
....no wonder I'm always tired!

At least he’s not waking up to nurse anymore. He was doing that until a few months ago.

Any stress causes insomnia even when I don't even know it's stressing me! When it's over and I start sleeping again it's like, oh, that's what was keeping me up/waking me up.
