Just saying that at age 25+ I BH have clear skin because I didn't use all these stuff. I washed my face with soap and water.

They use the English term.
BTW, there is a very effective cream called Duac than combines benzoyl peroxide with a mild antibiotic. However, it is not over the counter. If she could obtain a prescription from her doctor I would go for that.
