I have a number of sheitels that are really worn out. To be worn, the caps have tears that need fixing and hair needs to be added, clips replaced and so on. They were all once expensive sheitels. I don't plan to repair them. I wonder if I donate them to a gamach are there sheitel machers that donate their time/ talent to repair such things to make them usable again? Or do I just find the nearest trash can?
P.S... I live OOT so nobody to ask about here, but I would mail them to a gemach if they were of any use to anyone.

What color, size and length are they. If the hair is still in good condition and the caps fit me, I would pay for repairs and wear them. I've done that with other wigs.

My unusable wigs go in the dress up box. The girls have fun wearing & styling them.
