I am looking for a nutritionist for my DH and me. Preferably someone who is able to actually able to help me design menus (within the scope of what my husband and I would be willing to eat). Part of the problem we have sticking to a diet is that what we eat when we are on it, is boring and we lose interest. So hopefully this person can have some good ideas.
We are located in Lakewood, but if this can be done remotely then that wont be an issue.

Cindy Shan makes house visits. I dont believe shes Jewish but is very well versed in cooking and shopping options in Lakewood.

I just lost tons of weight with shira Oppenheimer. She accepts UHC community plan. She gave me four options per meal plus lists to interchange foods if I get bored.
