Kosher Eateries 4 Zurich Stopover?

Im going to be in zurich for a 10 hour stopover and I was hoping to eat lunch there.
It's going to be a Sunday. A poster on one of the older forums here mentioned taht the Zurich kosher restaurants are closed on Sunday. Is this correct?
Any ideas? Info that can help me? Perhaps things have changed?
ALSO _- I'd love to hear about ideas for sightseeing that can realistically be done in approx 8 hours (I need to be back at the airport 2 hours before the connecting flight).

My husband said the Olive Garden might be open. He wasn’t entirely sure. Or you could call Fein & Schein.

Olive is open Sunday from 5pm till 9pm. Its about a 25 min drive from the airport. A taxi cost around 65 swiss francs, if you can, use uber - much cheaper (around 40 francs)
Food was very tasty but expensive.
You have to make reservations (security is extremely tight) you can do it online
All kosher shops are open till 12 midday, not sure about fein and shien.
