Bumping this up. Love this thread. Thanks for making me .
I once overheard one parent tell another at PTA: your einekel is crazy! She was absolutely crazy. Meshuga... On and on, and not once did she include the implied word "cute." I still regret that I didn't speak up to tell her what she sounded like.
Or, sign on store window: bathroom for costumers only
Another pet peeve: "There were so much people at the store."

Last week I was actually searching for a pen in my purse so that I could correct this sign in the store. Didn’t find one so when I went today I made sure to bring one along. But silly me, forgot to correct it...

Girls play with dolls and boys with trucks.
Um, no they don’t, it’s just confirmation bias. My daughter was going on and on about what kind of sports car she wants yesterday, but no one noticed. But when she plays house then everyone is suddenly like, “awww, such a girl.”
Same in reverse with boys.
Girls and boys should be taught to be both assertive and compassionate.

Oh wait, I am confused. Judging by all these posts, are we only talking about language? I had assumed not because as far as I read, gingertop’s OP wasn’t. However the next ten pages are all in language. In that case:
I reminded myself to do homework
We love each others
The skirt what you bought
It’s late so I have to put down

“Each others” is something I see here a lot... I’m like... you like each other’s- what...?
Then again, I probably don’t need to know.

Translated from yiddish.
I reminded myself.... ich hub zich dermant.
It's late...I have to put down
Ich darf arupleigen.
That's where they come from.
Instead of saying I remembered to do my homework or I need to hang up the phone.

Clearly put up in anticipation of a huge influx of Purim revelers shopping for masquerade supplies. Facilities only for those designing the costumes, not those buying them.
