I wanted to try Rorie's gluten free oat flour mix, but it's out of stock online.

Does anyone have their own flour mix "recipe" that's especially good for challah? I can buy a few kinds of flour and whatever other ingredients I need to make my own flour mix that's gluten free and hamotzi and will taste good!!!!! (Need my kids to eat it lol!)

Good challah recipes you use with the mix woukd be great too!

I make this every week, it is the absolute best tasting gf hamotzi bread out there. I often dip it in maple syrup to make it even tastier!
