Does anyone have recommendation for a good pen my DD with arthritis can use which will cause less discomfort than a traditional pen when taking notes in school?
Your best bet would be trial and error because what works for one may not work for another. But my suggestions:
-Cushy grip- less pain when holding the pen.
-Gel ink or something that writes smoothly with less pressure needed (ball point pens "get stuck" more often and generally require more pressure from the hand)
- some people like wider pens/thicker grip pens so it is easier to grasp.
