In one pan in the oven: chicken legs, rice or quinoa, and a bag of frozen vegetables. Dump them all in, add salt and pepper, and water. Shove into oven. Put oven on Bake Time for 2.5 hours on 350. Come home to delicious ready warm supper.

I put chicken wings in the chicken soup, take it out and put it into a baking pan and put a sauce over it and bake. I also make a pot of orzo for shabbos and serve it with that and the veggie side dish make for shabbos.
