Enrollment Specialist-
Entering enrollment data (both manually and through system uploads)
Annual open enrollment processing
Responding to and/or contacting clients to resolve inquiries/ issues
Assisting with data audits as needed
Generating reports as needed
Qualifications-
Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems
