A friend is pregnant bH after many years of infertility. Is there a specific tehillim perek or perakim to say?

There is. R’ Chaim gave a number of perakim to say as a segula for a healthy pregnancy. I said it pretty much every day during my pregnancy. I will try to post it later.

Say every day
Perakim 1,4, 5, 8, 20, 35,57, 93, 108, 142
(Add three pesukim he quotes)
Then says to promise to bli neder say Nishmas and yistabach after the birth
