Be careful about state laws. Many times you are restricted from counseling people who live in a state outside of the one you live in. Plus all the HIPAA and privacy laws...

You can also try Global Teletherapy. That's probably not the agency you saw advertised, but it is an agency run by a frum couple and they employee psychologists and social workers to work in the school setting.
And yes, you have to be licensed both in the state you are in and the state the student is in. But they help you get licensed if necessary.
