Does anyone have any ideas for about a cup of leftover filling (peppers, mushrooms, beans, etc)? I don't have any more tortillas, but I hate to waste the filling. Thanks in advance!

What about making chili
Sauté all the veggies add the beans
Chopped tomatoes and sauce
You can add ground beef if you want
