I've had this issue for a long time. I like to wear boots for warmth. However, the classy-looking boots are usually not waterproof. The waterproof boots are usually not warm. I need boots that are warm, good for rain and snow, and at least somewhat decent looking. And I would prefer not to spend a fortune, although I'm willing to spend if it'll last a long time.
Please recommend.

Try looking for weatherproof boots. If Their meant for skiing, they can probably handle rain and snow

I have a pair of lands end snow boots. Warm and waterproof. They aren’t fashion boots but they look ok. Plus they last me a long time.

I bought a very expensive Canadian pair last year that's suede and waterproof. Good for snow and NY winters. I know that after a certain amount of use these things lose their water resistance too though and I can't expect them to last forever. But I need something that looks nice and I walk a lot.
