I bought riced cauiflower. Theres was an easy and delicious recipe in the back of the package with onions and mushrooms.

I sauté it on high heat, with a little coconut oil, salt and tumeric.
I buy it frozen

Make a kugel the sane way as pot kugel-1 bag with 4 eggs and 1/3 cup oil. add some extra spices, whatever you like, cube of garlic and sautéed onion cube
If you like mushroom or onion soup mix.

Also a cauliflower salad. Found recipe on between carpools. W tiny pieces colored pepper, red onion or scallion and vinaggrette/ oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper

All the recipes for cauliflower pizza crust are fairly similar. You bind with eggs, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and flavor with Italian spices. Some use fresh garlic. Some add some parsley

The trick is to squeeze out as much moisture as possible and flip also if possible as you want to get as crispy as possible.
