Teen DS is begging me to buy him Muscle Milk. I can see online that is kosher but can’t find out or see if it is OU-D. Anyone know? I did read that is is technically dairy free but need to know what hescher says... thanks

It contains dairy. It is whey based.

But I read the dairy is removed. As far as Kosher goes it is definitely OU-D?

Pretty sure it is still considered dairy from a halachic basis. They are talking about the lactose.

Trader Joe's also make some, but haven't looked at them in a while, so not sure which ones are kosher/parev etc. But they used to have a pea based protein one at some point, and still might.
