I have 2 little kids and work full-time in a demanding job. I don't have a lot of time to cook. Because my baby is currently sensitive to dairy and I'm nursing, I can't have any dairy. I'm also kind of a picky eater, although my dh is not.
I don't like eggs without cheese or tuna. I'll eat fish, depending on what's in it.
With that in mind, does anyone have ideas for easy supper ideas that are non-dairy? I'm getting so sick of my regular chicken and ground beef recipes... Crockpot ideas welcome, as are things to do with ground beef that are not meatballs or meatloaf.

From Family First's Dinner Hour
Fettuccini with Meat Sauce, AKA Miracle Dinner
5-6 Servings
2 T. olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
2 tspn. salt
1 tspn. black peppper
1/2 tspn. garlic powder
1/2 tspn. onion powder
1/2 tspn. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup dry red wind (sometimes I use grape juice...)
3 15 oz cans tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 lb fettuccini (I've used other kinds of pasta like penne and rotini)
Heat a pot over medium high heat.
Add oil, ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and crushed red pepper flakes. Use a wooden spoon to break up the meat into pieces, incorporating the spices.
Once the meat is cooked through, add the wine, tomato sauce and water.
Once the mixture is heated through (it doesn't need to boiling, just hot), add the fettuccini. Stir until the fettuccini softens.
Cook for another 20 minutes, stirring every 5-6 minutes until the fettuccini sis cooked.
I make this recipe all the time. Hubby and I both love it and it's really so simple to make and also requires minimal clean up afterwards!

Roasted chicken
My favorite spices/marinades for on top of the chicken:
Herbs de Provence and salt
Duck sauce (rarely)
Salt pepper garlic powder paprika onion powder
Soy sauce, honey and garlic (thank you ra_mom for the idea)
Roast at 375 for an hour and half (we like it well done)
Burgers, beef or chicken (for beef, we like the Asian burgers in Fresh and Easy. For chicken burgers, we mix with Italian breadcrumbs, egg and ketchup with ground chicken.
Sheet pan chicken stir fry (kosher.com by miriam pascal)
Sloppy joes (kosher.com)

Falafel!!!
Just get pitas, make a fresh salad, and either buy frozen falafel balls, or make them from a mix.
