I always freeze the soups I make. Howver never tried freezing French onion soup.
Don’t know why, but something makes me think that it doesn’t freeze well.
Really why not? The one I made today is made of onions, butter, drop of flour, onion soup mix, white wine, water.
Anyone ever tried freezing such a soup?

The soup freezes well and then you add the delicious topping of cheese and bread :-)
