She also begged, whined, stomped, and warned me in advance that if I unplug the phone yadda yadda yadda...I know her friends well so I made sure to pick up the other extension to "remind" her a few days before we started. It took a day or two of sulking but since her friends know the rule they don't call here or stay on the phone with her after 10:30 anyway.
Your daughter will get used to it.
