Not everyone has success with Retinol. For me, it took the skin right off my face. People were wondering why I had a sunburn in the winter.
Dermatologists offer many types of treatments, but nothing is permanent.
I use a serum, usually Vitamin C, and an under-eye cream and moisturizer--the day cream should always have spf. Is it working? Who knows. Maybe I'm delaying the inevitable by a few months or years.
Of course, you could learn to embrace your wrinkles.

What does this have to do with gift giving?
I would hesitate to give someone wrinkle cream as a gift. Like a gift of deodorant, it could be interpreted as a dig.
Short of Botox or surgery, all you can do about actual skin creases is choose your parents very carefully, avoid sun exposure from infancy, and avoid habits like squinting and grimacing. Moisturizers and unguents prevent fine lines caused by dryness but won’t do much for genuine creases.
