What's the best way to clean dirty and greasy metal/enamel? I have a small "nonstick" cookie sheet as well as a Tasty frying pan that both need serious cleaning. Any ideas? I don't want to use anything like hydrogen peroxide or anything that doesn't belong in the kitchen and might cause kashrus issues.

soft scrub has an OU and works wonders. Use steel wool as well.

There are no kashrut issue with non food items per all major hashgachot.

Try baking soda though. It’s awesome

Thanks! Do I need to soak it for any length of time?

Bar Keepers Friend is awesome. I like the soft cleanser but many people like the powder.

Baking soda or salt straight on a damp sponge as scouring powder with nothing else.
