What do you like/dislike about the current service (or one you've used in the past) ?

Asking because I might be starting a messenger service and would like to fill in the gaps, iykwim.

Based in B'klyn, and accepting messenger service long distance up to four hours out.

I value efficiency reliability and accountability.
If you say you're going to pick up or drop off then pick up and drop off.

I have used many messanger services. Some are more efficient than the others. Some are nicer.
I think that as with any other business it boils down to good costumer service.

I agree with everything she wrote. Also, I use messenger services for business purposes. I need to be billed right away so I know what to bill my clients. We send boxes and a lot of the messenger services will charge different amounts based on the weight, size of the box and apparently their mood. I have to bill my customers right away, but the services we use don't bill us right away. Sometimes I get hit with a much higher bill than I expected and it's too late to bill it to the customer.
