When I got pregnant I weighed around 215 pounds. When I came home from the hospital, I weighed about 213. Now, 2 months later, I am down to 200. I am trying not to eat too much and watch myself but I am not doing anything too drastic. Has anyone else had a similar experience of losing lots of weight PP without really trying? Im not complaining at all- just not used to this!!

Yes. Nursing can do that.

Are you nursing? Some of the lucky nursing moms lose weight! I actually gained!

Could be due to more activity in taking care of a newborn.
If you're not feeling well, you could go to a doctor and discuss. Sometimes there are thyroid issues that come up after delivery, and weight loss can be a symptom. But if you're feeling fine and losing weight, just enjoy it! Be well.

Enjoy it. I lost a ton immediately after the baby was born. But then the doctor said my thyroid was overworking itself and I was put on a lower dose of meds that I usually take for an underactive thyroid. As soon as my dose was lowered the weight all piled back on. So enjoy the weight loss. I know someone who lost weight in BC. As soon as she went off of it , she would gain. Other women have the opposite. So who knows. As long as you feel healthy.
